Ready for a career that pays off even more? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinThePags!** **Responsibilities and duties** * Coordinate accounting reconciliation processes and ensure proper understanding and application of accounting rules related to financial products (Fixed Income, Variable Income, Derivatives, and Credit Operations), guaranteeing balance integrity, compliance with regulatory standards, and current accounting principles. * Supervise the preparation, validation, and submission of regulatory reports (e.g.: Cadocs, SCR, RMCCI, Deban, SVR) to competent authorities such as Bacen and FGC, ensuring data consistency, deadline compliance, and adherence to current regulations. * Act as a focal point between product, accounting, and technology teams to ensure correct accounting treatment and reporting of transactions. * Develop and monitor performance and quality indicators for regulatory and accounting processes. * Support internal and external audits by providing information and evidence related to financial products and their accounting records. * Lead continuous improvement and automation initiatives for control and regulatory reporting processes. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related fields. * Solid knowledge of financial products (Fixed Income, Variable Income, Derivatives, Issuance, Payroll Loans, Working Capital, Special Limit). * Experience in accounting reconciliation and understanding of accounting rules applicable to financial products. * Experience delivering regulatory reports (Cadocs, SCR, RMCCI, Deban, SVR, FGC). * Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g.: SQL, Power BI). * Leadership and team management capabilities. **Additional information** **It would be a plus if you also had**: * Postgraduate degree in Finance, Accounting or related areas. * Prior experience in financial institutions or fintechs. * Knowledge of tools such as Python or accounting ERP systems.
