Coordination of annual budgeting and expense control **Position: Financial Coordinator – Manufacturing Industry** We are looking for a Financial Coordinator with strong expertise in **Accounting, Cost Accounting, and Financial Planning**, capable of leading the department and performing operational tasks when necessary. **Responsibilities** * Analyze and reconcile balance sheet and income statement accounts. * Prepare balance sheets, trial balances, accounting reports, and monthly performance presentations. * Coordinate annual budgeting, validate variances, and control expenses. * Monitor cash flow and financial forecasts. * Track expenses, costs, investments, and fixed assets. * Oversee payment and collection processes. * Support internal and external audits. * Ensure system integration (Omega and others). * Interpret applicable regulations and legislation. * Lead internal teams and collaborate with accounting BPO providers. * Perform hands-on tasks when required: reconciliations, spreadsheets, data extraction, etc. **Qualification Requirements** * Degree in **Accounting**, with **postgraduate studies or an MBA** preferred. * **Prior experience** in similar roles within the manufacturing industry. * Proficiency in **Excel, Word, and PowerPoint**. **Intermediate/Advanced English (able to communicate effectively)** Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food voucher Work location: On-site
