During the first three months, all new hires work fully on-site. After this period, employees become eligible for the hybrid model, subject to evaluation by their direct manager. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate the financial planning process, including annual budgeting and periodic revisions (forecast); * Ensure monitoring of economic\-financial performance, analyzing variances and proposing action plans; * Guarantee alignment between actual results and the company’s strategic goals; * Lead the generation of management reports and performance indicators (KPIs); * Supervise profitability analysis by product, channel, and customer portfolio; * Support senior management with structured financial information and strategic insights; * Lead and develop the controller team, ensuring high performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, or related fields. **Technical Knowledge** * Solid knowledge of corporate finance; * Proficiency in financial planning and variance analysis; * Experience in financial modeling and data analysis. **Tools** * Advanced Excel; * Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools; * Knowledge of SQL, Python, or data automation is desirable. **Skills** * Leadership and team management; * Analytical thinking and strategic vision; * Clear communication and influence capability; * Proactivity and results orientation; * Organization and strong sense of priority. **Certifications and Courses (Desirable)** * Courses in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Financial Planning; * Specializations in analytical and management tools. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS:** ---------------------- We are a reference company in the Brazilian insurance market.
