Learn more about PepsiCo: PepsiCoJobs Responsibilities: **The Opportunity** * Prepare analyses of Cash Flow Statement (DF) variances for the company. Support teams related to Working Capital Projections * Close and prepare the Cause of Change for Balance Sheet variances against AOP, FCST, and YAGO scenarios for discussion with leadership and relevant departments. * Reporting and data analysis using the HFM system; * Monthly / quarterly / annual Balance Sheet analysis; * Development and application of KPIs; * Application of continuous improvement concepts and process automation within the area; * Guide/support the Mexico team regarding operational activity development; * Support management and coordination of the area on topics related to accounting standards applied in Brazil, IFRS, and USGAAP. **Your Impact** Manage a team of 2 members (Senior Analyst and Intern) Liaise with the corporate team Cross-departmental collaboration to identify operational risks and opportunities. Lead internal projects (tax reform initiative and ERP development) Review reports and present findings to company leadership. Qualifications: **Who Are We Looking For?** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences Postgraduate degree preferred Fluent English Advanced Spanish preferred Proven experience in analyzing and preparing financial statements Experience participating in system implementations (preferably SAP).
