If you enjoy working in a consultative capacity, possess strong analytical thinking, autonomy, and ease of interaction with various departments, this opportunity may be for you. **Responsibilities:** ---------------------- * Act as a business partner, supporting departments in decision-making; * Develop, monitor, and control the budget; * Conduct financial analyses and internal audits; * Serve as the main point of contact between the company and external accounting services; * Support cost formation and profitability analyses; * Ensure proper execution of projects under the "Lei do Bem" (Innovation Law); * Develop KPIs, management reports, and analyses to support management; * Contribute to strengthening governance, internal controls, and continuous process improvement. **Requirements:** --------------- * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields; * Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Senior/ Specialist in Controller roles; * Experience working in companies taxed under the "Lucro Real" regime; * Advanced Excel skills (mandatory requirement); * Knowledge of Power BI, Looker, Metabase, or other data analytics tools; * Familiarity with SPED, financial statements, and accounting routines; * Knowledge of the "Lei do Bem" (Innovation Law); * Excellent analytical ability; * Consultative mindset and business-oriented vision; * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; * Autonomy, ownership mindset, and proactivity; * Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across different company departments; * Mindset focused on governance and continuous improvement. **Preferred Qualifications:** ---------------- * Postgraduate degree in Controller roles
