Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for providing technical support in analysis, planning, and result calculation; monitoring and analyzing financial results; and leading the cost-control and financial responsibility culture. Leadership in fostering a cost-control and financial responsibility culture. We at AUNDE Brazil are seeking a candidate for the position of Controller Specialist. The professional will be responsible for: * Providing technical support in analysis, planning, and result calculation—including guidance on consolidating information to contribute to financial planning analysis and objective development—evaluating and translating accounting data into management reports, forecasted versus actual results, identifying process improvement opportunities, applying strong technical expertise, and ensuring necessary information is available for management decision-making. * Monitoring and analyzing monthly financial results (P\&L, margin, OPEX, CAPEX, Cash), explaining variances versus forecast and identifying optimization opportunities. * Leading and promoting a cost-control and financial responsibility culture across Business Units (BUs). * Analyzing and validating management indicators, verifying defined targets, analyzing and consolidating received information, and forecasting revenues and expenses to demonstrate results, assess potential strategic gaps, assist teams in achieving pre-established goals, and identify and prepare justifications for observed variances. * Budgetary management: experience in planning cycles, OPEX and CAPEX control, and tracking financial targets. * Updating performance tracking reports (Actual vs. Budget), generating and consolidating variance analyses, and collaborating with business areas to define action plans. * Consolidating Forecast cycle projections, ensuring accuracy and reliability while striving for maximum granularity in information. * Cash flow control and forecasting. * Maintaining relationships across all company departments, gathering and interpreting data to support business management decision-making.
