The challenge involves auditing processes, optimizing costs, and ensuring operational quality standards. We seek a trusted right-hand partner for management—capable of elevating compliance levels, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing innovative solutions within a dynamic and restructuring environment. Responsibilities * **360° Audit and Compliance:** Monitor administrative sub-sectors to ensure strict adherence to the "compliance triangle" (quotation vs. invoice vs. delivered product); * **ISO Process Leadership:** Serve as a key player and leader in implementing and maintaining ISO certifications across all company units, ensuring that the quality culture is actively practiced; * **Cost Management and Efficiency:** Use the Syslock system to monitor entries, identify idle expenses (e.g., unused software licenses), and propose practical cost-saving strategies; * **Human Capital Optimization:** Structure onboarding processes with practical tests and security controls to ensure only qualified professionals begin operations, thereby mitigating costs associated with incorrect hires; * **Strategic Interface:** Support headquarters and the executive board in consolidating local unit financial, tax, and HR department data. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Controller and Processes preferred; * Proven professional maturity (experience in analyst-level positions); * Execution-oriented profile, detail-oriented, with strong logical reasoning ability; * Availability to work at two locations (Operational Base: Anjo da Guarda — Commercial Office: Península).
