Job Summary: Senior .NET and SQL Server Developer Consultant to serve as a technical reference, develop, maintain, and optimize applications and databases, support the team, and ensure solution quality. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and support to mid-level and junior developers #### **About the Senior .NET\+SQL Consultant Role** **Senior .NET \+ SQL Server Developer Consultant** **Responsibilities** * Serve as a technical reference in .NET system development and maintenance projects. * Develop, enhance, and maintain applications in **.NET (C\#, ASP.NET / .NET Core)** integrated with **SQL Server**. * Conduct technical and functional analysis of business requirements, proposing scalable and high-performance solutions. * Model, optimize, and maintain database structures (stored procedures, views, indexes, complex queries). * Work on system integration projects (REST APIs, Web Services, messaging). * Support the team in solution architecture design, best practices, and development standards. * Perform code reviews, provide technical mentoring, and support mid-level and junior developers. * Participate in stakeholder meetings, translating business needs into technical solutions. * Support deployment, versioning, and CI/CD processes in collaboration with DevOps/Infrastructure teams. * Ensure quality, security, performance, and maintainability of delivered solutions. ### **Technical Requirements** * Solid experience with: + **.NET / .NET Core / C\#** + **ASP.NET (MVC, Web API)** + **SQL Server (modeling, T\-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning)** * Experience with: + Integrations via **REST APIs** + Version control (Git) + Layered architecture, DDD or Clean Architecture + ORMs (Entity Framework, Dapper) * Desired knowledge: + Cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) + Docker / containers + Messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Azure Service Bus, Kafka – preferred) + CI/CD (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) + Microservices (preferred) * Experience in corporate environments with mission-critical or high-volume data systems. ### **Behavioral Requirements** * Consulting-oriented profile with strong communication skills across technical and business areas. * Ability to understand complex problems and propose practical solutions. * Autonomy, organization, and technical accountability. * Technical leadership mindset and collaboration within cross-functional teams. * Focus on quality, deadlines, and business impact. ### **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields (preferred). ### **Differentiators** * Experience in digital transformation projects. * Experience in regulated environments (financial, telecom, healthcare, industrial, etc.). * Technical English for reading documentation and collaborating with global teams.
