




Job Summary: The Commercial Assistant will provide strategic and operational support to the Sales department (store channel and B2B), ensuring process efficiency and achievement of results. Optimization of sales processes and CRM management The Commercial Assistant will provide strategic and operational support to the Sales department (store channel and B2B), ensuring process efficiency and achievement of results. **Key Responsibilities** **1\. Corporate Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:** * Support prospecting and qualification of new corporate clients (B2B), including companies, events, and partnerships. * Assist in developing customized commercial proposals and tracking the sales cycle. * Maintain post\-sales relationships, ensuring corporate client satisfaction and retention. **2\. Information and Results Management:** * Update commercial performance reports (KPIs). Track B2B and retail channel results, analyzing performance and outcomes. * Track store channel results, analyzing sales performance and campaign execution. **3\. Operational and Interdepartmental Support:** * Serve as a liaison between the Commercial department and other departments (Logistics, Marketing, Finance), ensuring synergy and timely fulfillment of requests and deadlines. * Manage sales documentation, orders, and contracts. * Conduct store or corporate client visits upon request for alignment and operational support. **4\. Process Optimization:** * Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and complete data for new B2B clients. * Propose improvements to workflows and sales processes to optimize B2B acquisition and sales. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience: Prior experience in commercial support, sales, or customer service roles, preferably within retail stores or B2B sectors. * Technical Knowledge: * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint) for report generation and analysis. * Behavioral Competencies: * Organization and Planning: Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities. * Effective Communication: Skill to interact clearly and professionally with diverse stakeholders (clients, stores, internal departments). * Analytical Ability: Keen attention to data and numbers, transforming information into insights. * Proactivity: Initiative to resolve issues and pursue continuous improvement. * Customer Focus: Passion for understanding and meeting customer needs. * CLT * Full-time * R$2,500 Monthly * 01141040, São Paulo, SP, Brazil
