Then join us!** * Develop and maintain analytical and Machine Learning models to solve business problems; * Perform data exploration, cleaning, and preparation, including feature engineering; * Analyze data and generate actionable insights to support decision-making; * Collaborate with business areas to understand requirements and translate them into analytical solutions; * Evaluate model performance and propose continuous improvements; * Document analyses, models, and results clearly; * Support model industrialization in partnership with Data Engineering and MLOps; * Participate in technical discussions and contribute to evolving team best practices. ### **Now we’d like to know whether you have the following profile and knowledge:** * Practical experience with Python (pandas, numpy, scikit\-learn or similar); * Knowledge of statistical modeling and supervised Machine Learning; * Experience with SQL and database manipulation; * Understanding of model validation, metrics, and result interpretation; * Experience in collaborative environments (version control, code reviews, etc.). ### **The following would be considered a plus:** * Knowledge or prior experience in the Insurance industry; * Experience with risk, fraud, pricing, or churn models; * Familiarity with data visualization tools; * Experience with cloud environments (e.g., GCP) and/or data pipelines.
