We are curious, committed, and collaborative—if you believe you can thrive in an environment with professionals like us, apply now. **Responsibilities and Duties** The following points should be considered in this role: * The professional must identify optimization and growth opportunities across diverse clients, transforming structured data into actionable insights; * Must build analyses and predictive models that support strategic decisions and maximize the efficiency of CRM initiatives; * Work will occur directly with clients—understanding challenges, needs, and available data—to propose, validate, and implement solutions; * Must monitor critical KPIs, ensuring each solution delivers measurable impact and aligns with business objectives; * Finally, must collaborate with the rest of the team to ensure correctness and robustness of designed solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * The candidate must proactively seek problems to solve within the CRM domain. * Proven experience with transactional databases, tabular data, and time series. * Strong foundation in Python and classical machine learning methods. * In-depth knowledge of EDA processes in SQL databases. * In-depth knowledge of customer segmentation methods for revenue optimization. * Communication and stakeholder management skills with clients and non-technical teams. * Ability to work collaboratively. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience with personas and prior work in this area. * Knowledge of MLOps for model deployment and monitoring. * Experience with unstructured data. * Knowledge of graph analytics and community detection. * Social media data processing. **Additional Information** We offer: Company-provided laptop for candidates based in SP; remote-work allowance for those outside SP.
