Ready for a career that yields more? **Check out this opportunity and \#JoinPagBank!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop models for optimizing banking or acquiring processes. * Analyze large volumes of transactional data to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for process improvement. * Implement customer segmentation and behavioral prediction algorithms to enhance service efficiency and personalization. * Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business teams to define and implement data solutions that meet both customer and company needs. * Deliver complex insights clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders, supporting strategic decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields (completed or in progress). * Experience analyzing large volumes of data to generate actionable insights for business teams. * Experience with data analysis and programming tools such as SQL, Python, R, or machine learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit\-Learn, etc.). * Ability to creatively and innovatively solve complex problems. * Familiarity with code versioning practices (Git, GitHub). * Ability to translate business team questions and needs into analytical requirements.
