Collaboration on design, code reviews, and continuous improvement Mid-Level Full Stack Developer Hybrid \- Alphaville\-Barueri \- Alameda Xingu We are looking for two mid-level Full Stack Developers to join our client’s product team. The candidate will be responsible for developing and evolving high-performance web applications, contributing independently to both backend and frontend while emphasizing code quality. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js with Express and/or Bun with Elysia * Build and enhance modern user interfaces using Next.js 15 (React 19\) and/or Nuxt 4 (Vue 3\) * Model and manage PostgreSQL databases using Drizzle ORM * Implement authentication and authorization (JWT, NextAuth, OAuth) * Write clean, strongly-typed, and testable TypeScript code * Collaborate with the design team to faithfully implement Figma layouts * Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes * Manage Docker containers and integrate AWS services (e.g., Secrets Manager) * Create and maintain automations and system integrations using n8n * Document APIs and contribute to team standards and best practices Required Qualifications: * Experience with Node.js \+ Express for API development * Advanced TypeScript (typing, generics, utility types) * Practical experience with React and/or Vue.js in real-world projects * Knowledge of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL) * Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments * Proficiency with Git and version control best practices (semantic commits, PRs, code review) * Ability to read and implement layouts from Figma prototypes Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Bun and/or Elysia * Knowledge of Drizzle ORM or another modern ORM * Experience with Next.js 15 App Router and Nuxt 4 * Use of Zod for schema validation * Knowledge of TanStack Query, React Hook Form, or Pinia * Experience with AWS (any service) * Experience with n8n for workflow automation and integrations * Contributions to open-source projects Team’s Technology Stack: Backend Behavioral Profile: * Proactive and autonomous problem-solving with minimal supervision * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Commitment to deadlines and delivery quality * Openness to feedback and a culture of continuous improvement * Product mindset: understanding how code impacts business outcomes
