If you are passionate about transformation, collaboration, and making a difference, join us in turning the impossible into reality—not just a perspective, but a starting point. **Responsibilities and Duties** **What awaits you in your day-to-day work:** * Manage the development schedule and delivery of the company’s portfolio of projects; * Prepare economic\-financial feasibility studies for these developments, monitor their development costs, parameterize these costs for new land acquisitions, and analyze project designs and construction budgets to maximize results; * Coordinate across all departments involved in the real estate business. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you:** * Currently enrolled in Engineering or related fields, between the 4th and 8th semesters; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Availability to work 6 hours per day during business hours. **Additional Information** Working Hours: 6 hours per day during business hours.
