We are responsible for efficiently executing post-commercialization activities for the Organization’s products and services, responding to customer requests and delivering operational solutions that enable self-service. Work model: Hybrid – 1 day on-site Unit: São Paulo – SP **Your Day-to-Day** As a Business Intelligence III professional, you will work within the DataOps and Analytical Management unit, with primary responsibilities including: * Defining Business Intelligence standards and best practices; * Leading the development of strategic indicators and executive dashboards; * Ensuring alignment between data, indicators, and business objectives; * Serving as the technical and functional BI reference for business areas; * Supporting strategic decision-making with data analysis and insights. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, Data Science, or related fields; * Hands-on experience with SQL (advanced level); * Hands-on experience with BI and Data Visualization tools (advanced level); * Knowledge of KPIs, metrics, and data analysis.
