Work model: Hybrid \- 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco/SP **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Business Intelligence II professional, you will work within the Data/BI Management team, and your main responsibilities will include: * Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and/or reduce risk, using statistical techniques to support decision-making; * Analyzing quality and risk indicators from product and customer-segment perspectives, evaluating variations and potential deviations; * Preparing executive reports and presentations for the Executive Board; * Designing, executing, and monitoring A/B tests to validate hypotheses and business strategies; * Manipulating and processing databases using tools such as SQL, SAS, and Databricks. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, Economics, or related fields; * Experience in data analysis, statistical modeling, and interpretation of risk and quality indicators; * Proficiency in SQL, SAS, and Databricks for manipulation, processing, and analysis of large-scale databases; * Ability to structure analyses, prepare executive reports, and present results to various organizational levels; * Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies for hypothesis validation. Nice-to-have qualifications: * Knowledge of Databricks; * Experience in CRM, Credit, and/or Data Intelligence areas.
