Our mission is to ensure implementation of the Collections and Credit Recovery Policy, establishing a structured process for collecting overdue accounts, managing authority levels, defining discount rules and limits for debt regularization, assigning responsibilities and delegating authority, segregating functions, and ensuring effective controls that enable compliance with the Organization’s guidelines.
