We operate at high transaction volumes, with multiple integrations and constant demands for performance, stability, and scalability. We are building a technical team focused on evolving one of the most critical backend layers of our platform. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and evolve C/C\+\+ code with a focus on performance and robustness * Work with concurrency control, threads, and memory management * Perform profiling and performance optimizations * Work with high-volume relational databases (SQL Server) * Propose architectural improvements for scalability and efficiency * Evaluate and optimize AWS service usage to achieve optimal cost/performance ratios * Contribute to structural technical decisions regarding this layer **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Proven, solid experience with C/C\+\+ * Experience with high-load, concurrent backend applications * Strong knowledge of relational databases (preferably SQL Server) * Experience with performance analysis and optimization * Experience with cloud environments (preferably AWS) **Important Differentiators:** * Knowledge of Harbour or xHarbour * Experience with EC2, RDS, SQS, Lambda, and S3 * Experience with legacy systems and incremental modernization * Experience with cloud cost consumption analysis and optimization * Experience in mission-critical transactional environments **Additional Information** Flexible Benefit/Meal Allowance: R$ 45.00 per business day.
