Job Summary: We are seeking a Backend Developer to work on the development, maintenance, and evolution of web applications, ensuring quality, scalability, and security. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and maintain web applications with a focus on usability and performance. 2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in code reviews. 3. Ensure best practices in development, security, and documentation. We are looking for a Backend Developer to join our technology team, working on the development, maintenance, and evolution of web applications. The professional will be responsible for backend development, ensuring high quality, scalability, and security in delivered solutions. **Responsibilities and Duties** Develop and maintain web applications using backend technologies; Implement new features and improvements with a focus on usability and performance; Consume and build REST APIs; Integrate with relational databases (MySQL and PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Elastic Search, Redis, and HBase); Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (Design, Product, QA, and Infrastructure); Version code using Git and participate in code reviews; Ensure best practices in development, security, and documentation; Participate in planning meetings and contribute technical solutions. Mandatory Requirements Experience in development using the following languages: **Java,** Scala; **Python;** **C\+\+ (Preferred).** Proficiency in backend frameworks such as: Spring Boot, Quarkus, WebFlux, and FastAPI; Knowledge of API and microservices architecture; Knowledge of messaging applications (e.g., Apache Kafka and Event Hub); Knowledge of AI RAG architecture; Knowledge of Design Patterns: Circuit Breaker and Strategy; Git and code versioning; Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
