We value committed, organized professionals eager to develop their legal skills in a collaborative and inclusive environment. **About the Opportunity** The person will be responsible for representing the company in labor hearings, performing essential administrative tasks supporting the legal workflow, and assisting lawyers and other team members. **Responsibilities** * Act as the company’s **Legal Representative** in hearings (in-person or online). * Conduct **hearing analysis and transcription**. * Perform **data and document input into internal systems**. * Request and gather procedural documents. * Respond to various requests from lawyers and team members. * Organize deadlines and support the management of legal matters. **Qualifications** ------------------ * **Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree** (any field; legal backgrounds are welcome). * **Strong oral and written communication skills**. * Ability to **organize, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks**. * Aptitude for teamwork and cross-functional collaboration. * Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work. **Differentials** * Prior experience in the legal field * Proficiency in the **Microsoft Office suite**, especially Excel. * Familiarity with **E-Law** and judicial systems. **Additional Information** -------------------------- Serasa Experian is much more than you imagine.
