If this resonates with you, apply now and get to know us better! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Reconcile and compare the company's current account data with bank statements to verify posted transactions and, if necessary, notify the bank of required corrections; * Ensure daily bank reconciliation to support the preparation of the cash flow statement by monitoring and verifying receipts, payments, and analyzing supporting documents; * Update financial spreadsheets with daily transactions; * Record entries in the ERP system and current account for proper payment processing; * Generate supporting reports for the Management team to approve and review scheduled bank payments; * Provide financial documentation to the Accounting department for accurate journal entries; * Perform reconciliation and analysis of outstanding bank items, identify discrepancies, propose adjustments, and monitor resolution; **Requirements and Qualifications** Academic Background: * Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related fields. Experience: * Preferred: 6 months of experience in this role, particularly in financial routines.
