




Job Summary: Finance professional responsible for account management, bank reconciliation, invoice issuance, reporting, and customer support in a multi-client BPO environment. Key Highlights: 1. Multi-client management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. 2. Daily bank reconciliation and document management. 3. BPO system operation and financial automation. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Management (Multi\-client):** Schedule payments via banks (internet banking) and record accruals and settlements in various clients’ ERP systems simultaneously. * **Daily Bank Reconciliation:** Import OFX files and reconcile bank transactions across multiple accounts and credit cards, ensuring the system balance precisely matches each client’s actual balance. * **Document Management:** Request and organize fiscal documents and proof of payment submitted by clients (via Drive, e\-mail, or task management platforms), ensuring operational traceability. * **Invoice Issuance:** Support issuance of Service or Product Invoices for clients in the portfolio, as required. * **Reporting and Month-End Closing:** Assist with monthly closing by correctly categorizing expenses to generate reports such as Actual Cash Flow and preliminary DRE (Statement of Income). * **Customer Support:** Serve as the first point of contact for simple operational inquiries from clients (e.g., \\"Where is bill X?\\", \\"Was payment Y scheduled?\\"). * **Pending Items Monitoring:** Monitor clients’ financial pending items daily, flagging insufficient balances or missing documents to prevent late fees and interest charges. * **Technology Usage:** Operate common BPO-market systems (e.g., Conta Azul, Omie, Nibo, QuickBooks) and automation tools. Requirements and Suggested Qualifications **Hard Skills (Technical):** * Basic knowledge of **Financial Mathematics** and fundamental accounting (Chart of Accounts, Cost Centers). * Familiarity with **Excel/Google Sheets** (pivot tables, basic formulas). * Proficiency with technology and ability to quickly learn new software (financial ERPs). **Soft Skills (Behavioral):** * **Extreme Organization:** Ability to manage multiple clients without mixing information. * **Attention to Detail:** A single-digit error may compromise a client’s cash flow. * **Discretion and Ethics:** Handling of confidential third-party data. * **Clear Communication:** Ability to request documents from clients politely and effectively. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in accounting firms or other BPO companies. * Certifications for systems such as Conta Azul or Omie.
