**Opportunity in Curitiba\- PR\| Full Transport Assistant**

**Responsibilities and duties**
* Provide technical support to clients, delivering assistance and information regarding documentation, incidents, and demands related to transport operations.
* Issue, verify, and validate fiscal and transport documents, such as CT\-e, MDF\-e, freight contracts, NF\-e, ICMS guides, and Toll Vouchers.
* Ensure correct linkage among fiscal documents, transport documents, and mandatory benefits, guaranteeing compliance with current legislation.
* Perform financial entries in the system, including accounts payable and receivable, verifying freight charges, fees, and additional costs.
* Support administrative routines and operational controls within the transport department.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Logistics, or related fields;
* Organizational skills for document control, data entry, and administrative routines;
* Knowledge of customs legislation, special regimes, and taxes;
* Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Office proficiency;
* Familiarity with TMS and logistics ERP systems;
* Organized, proactive profile with strong interpersonal communication and teamwork skills.
