Management of medical examinations (ASO, Periodic, PGR, PCMSO) Act as the primary point of contact (interface) between the client and the operational/technical department, ensuring client satisfaction and retention; \* Knowledge of the SOC system (preferred); \* Management of medical examinations (ASO, Periodic, PGR, PCMSO); \* Monitor agreed-upon targets (SLAs), such as examination scheduling deadlines, report delivery timelines, and healthcare service effectiveness; \* Proactively identify operational bottlenecks and propose strategic solutions for the client; \* Strategic and analytical mindset to interpret operational data; \* Strong communication skills; \* Intermediate Excel proficiency; \* Proactive attitude.
