Then join our team!** **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Organize and manage schedules related to **admissional, periodic, and dismissal ASOs**; * Ensure monitoring of deadlines and compliance for occupational health examinations; * Maintain spreadsheets and databases within the department, ensuring information is updated and well-organized; * Keep the HR physical and digital filing system organized and up-to-date; * Support HR subsystems’ administrative and operational routines; * Support recruitment and selection processes (job posting, candidate screening, scheduling, and candidate follow-up); * Assist with onboarding procedures and submission of information to the Payroll Department; * Support onboarding activities, training, and internal marketing as needed. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields; * Prior experience in HR administrative routines; * Experience in document control, file organization, and process tracking; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel); * Strong organizational skills, attention to deadlines, and detail orientation; * Good oral and written communication skills.
