Team collaboration and contribution of ideas **Administrative Process Assistant** We seek a candidate with logical and strategic thinking ability, ease of using new systems, willingness and interest in learning areas beyond their academic background, and availability to work across various offices and departments. **Requirements:** \- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets; \- Recent graduates in exact sciences, engineering, or systems analysis; \- Basic or intermediate knowledge of dashboard usage and development (Power BI, Looker Studio, etc.); \- Ability to adapt to collaborative teamwork environments; \- At least 1 year of experience in administrative/process administration. **Responsibilities:** \- Support the creation of reports and visualizations to communicate findings to diverse audiences; \- Generate automated reports to analyze indicator performance; \- Collaborate with other team members on projects, providing support and contributing ideas; \- Identify trends, patterns, and correlations in data to support strategic and business objectives. **Information:** R$2\.602,06 \+ VT Health and dental insurance via enrollment and educational incentive.
