Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, controlling, and optimizing production by analyzing performance indicators and proposing continuous process improvements. Key Highlights: 1. Team collaboration and communication * Plan and control production according to company demand and capacity * Analyze performance indicators and propose process improvements * Monitor production activities, identify deviations, and propose solutions * Prepare performance reports and present results to the team * Participate in alignment meetings with involved departments * Contribute to continuous improvement of production processes * Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields * Prior experience in production planning and control * Knowledge of production management tools * Data analysis capability and report writing skills * Strong communication and teamwork skills * Proficiency in Excel and PCP systems * Postgraduate degree in Production Management * Experience in plastic industry companies * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing * ERP system knowledge Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.600,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Food basket * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
