Description

**Responsibilities:** * Monitor the progress of construction and renovation projects at the shopping center to ensure proper execution and service quality. * Plan, organize, and control activities, contracts, work teams, and resources for civil construction projects in accordance with established cost, quality, safety, and schedule requirements. * Provide technical guidance to subordinates and involved companies. * Contract technical services. * Manage material and service suppliers. * Serve as the primary point of contact with third parties.
