




Provide service to individual and corporate members (Retail Portfolio), customers, and other target audiences regarding Sicredi’s products and services through branch platforms and other high-potential locations, in order to present financial solutions tailored to their needs, finalize negotiations, and achieve established goals. **Responsibilities and duties** Member service: Serve members to address their requests and support business effectiveness, as well as meet Business Area requirements. New business development: Identify and promote new business opportunities among members, referring them to Business Managers for further handling and supporting operational formalities. Delinquency collection: Support the collection of overdue credit operations within agreed negotiation timelines, following guidance from the Business Area, aiming to recover lent capital. Document verification: Receive documents and be responsible for verifying compliance with legal formalities related to operations, in order to streamline processes for faster, more efficient member service and maintenance of registration data. **Requirements and qualifications** Reside in Birigui/SP Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; Postgraduate degree preferred; ANBIMA certification is a plus—CPA-20 or CPA-10; Knowledge of financial products and services; Customer service experience; Strong communication skills. **Additional information** Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour break.
