The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the HR team in activities related to organizational culture, employee experience, and employee engagement. Responsibilities: * Recruitment and selection * Support the HR team in activities related to organizational culture and employee experience; * Collaborate with team leaders to understand employee needs and expectations; * Conduct surveys and analyses to identify opportunities for improvement in culture and workplace environment; * Support the implementation of culture and engagement programs and initiatives; * Promote employee communication and engagement across all organizational levels; * Identify and develop internal talent to lead culture and engagement initiatives; * Stay updated on best practices and trends in people and culture management. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field; * Experience in people and culture management (minimum 1 year); * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Ability to work both collaboratively and independently; * Knowledge of research methodologies and data analysis; * Basic English (desirable).
