




Job: Human Resources Assistant We are looking for a dynamic and organized Human Resources Assistant to join our team, providing administrative and operational support across all Human Resources subsystems. The professional will act as a strategic point of contact for our internal clients, ensuring smooth processes and legal compliance. Responsibilities and Duties: * Conduct recruitment and selection activities. * Assist in onboarding and offboarding of new employees, ensuring documentation and procedures are completed efficiently. * Develop and monitor the integration schedule for new employees. * Schedule admission, periodic, and termination medical exams, as well as verify exam forms and reports. * Provide general support for Payroll Department (DP) routines. * Send documents related to joint liability to clients, acting as an interface with internal departments for data collection and organization. * Ensure proper organization and document compliance regarding joint liability obligations. Serve as the main point of contact for internal client service, offering support and clarifying inquiries. * Request and manage cleaning and office supplies. Requirements: * Completed or ongoing bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields. * Practical knowledge of Payroll Department routines. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proactivity, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
