




**Brief company description:** * Marvitubos is a company that for 38 years has been committed to providing a wide inventory of steel tubes, bars, and components for hydraulic and pneumatic cylinder assembly, without minimum order quantity, immediate delivery, and certified quality. **Requirements:** * Experience in personnel department routines, time tracking, payroll, benefits, and employee support; * Intermediate knowledge of Excel and ERP systems; * Completed or ongoing higher education in human resources, accounting, or business administration. **Responsibilities:** * Carry out admission processes, exam requests, system registration, life insurance, e-Social reporting, and pension plan enrollment; * Record working hours using electronic time clock data, register medical certificates, and resolve discrepancies to ensure the accuracy of employee payroll data; * Register new hires in birthday, vacation, and workplace exercise spreadsheets, and manage documents for onboarding; * Print pay slips, time records, bonus tables, and deliver them to employees; * Support the personnel department in payroll processing; * Assist in calculating provisions and deductions for payroll, PPR (Profit Sharing Program), 13th salary, collective vacations, vacation-related INSS contributions, and issue payment invoices; * Monthly compile and verify benefit deductions for submission to the tax department; * Support the calculation and payment of bonuses; * Develop internal marketing by creating and disseminating information about new benefits, pandemic updates, events, training courses, etc.; * Provide employee support via email, internal messaging, phone, and in person.
