All processed data are stored and protected in compliance with the General Data Protection Law. **Key responsibilities:** * Understand user needs and provide solutions via WhatsApp and chat; * Ensure data verification processes are performed with quality, clarity, and within established deadlines; * Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, product, and internal processes; * Maintain up-to-date records and requests in internal systems; * Address requests from disengaged customers by understanding their motivations, proposing alternatives, and seeking possible re-engagement; * Guide program users on processes and timelines, focusing on satisfaction and empathetic support. **Minimum requirements:** * Prior experience in customer service or related areas; * Experience in Customer Success cycles is a plus; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Strong sense of urgency, proactive profile, and solution-oriented mindset; * Active listening skills, empathy, and customer relationship abilities; * Organization, proactivity, and results orientation; * Ability to manage a high volume of simultaneous requests; * Flexibility and adaptability in dynamic environments; * Commitment to delivering value to customers. **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in healthcare customer service.
