Job Summary: As a Customer Experience Assistant (Accounting & Tax Focus), you ensure a seamless customer journey by assisting clients in understanding reconciliations, financial statements, and tax obligations. As a **Customer Experience Assistant (Accounting & Tax Focus)** at BHub, you are expected to serve as the bridge between the client and our technical delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless journey, supporting our clients in understanding their reconciliations, financial statements, and tax obligations. The assistant must act consultatively—anticipating questions and ensuring the client grasps the strategic value of their accounting function.
