Job Summary: We are seeking a Credit Assistant to join and strengthen our team, responsible for customer conversion, document verification, and end-to-end monitoring of real estate financing processes. Now, we seek a professional to join and strengthen our team! **CREDIT ASSISTANT 1:** **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Customer conversion via WhatsApp, phone, and CRM. * Verification of data and documentation for financing applications. * End-to-end monitoring of the financing process. * Gathering information from other team members to provide complete information to customers. * Ensuring validity of information and processes with Caixa Econômica Federal providers. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in active sales, preferably in services. * Basic knowledge of documents: IRRF, FGTS, and personal documents. * Basic knowledge of percentage calculations. * **Preferred: experience in real estate credit.** * Easy access to the Funcionários neighborhood in Belo Horizonte. **BENEFITS:** * Salary R$1800.00 + performance-based bonuses. * Transportation allowance paid in cash. * Meal allowance R$30.00 per day, no payroll deduction. * CLT employment contract. * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. * Gympass. * Dental plan. * Life insurance. * Amil health plan at no cost (after probation period). * Career development plan. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Department:** Administrative
