Regardless of your career stage, you’ll have opportunities to build a successful career! **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct detailed mapping of accounting processes for new clients; * Understand business specifics and ensure efficient transition to the operational team; * Analyze, organize, and structure accounting data received during implementation; * Perform accounting configurations in ERP systems according to the client’s profile and tax regime; * Identify and flag inconsistencies in received information; * Support integration of accounting data with the company’s systems; * Maintain contact with international clients in English (email and occasionally meetings); * Collaborate with tax, finance, inventory, and payroll teams to ensure a 360° view of the client’s operations. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Sciences; * Solid experience in general accounting, preferably within BPO environments or accounting firms; * Practical knowledge of accounting routines, month-end closing, reconciliations, chart of accounts, Brazilian accounting standards, and tax calculations (PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, ISS); * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate to advanced level); * Strong analytical skills, organizational ability, and capability to manage multiple clients simultaneously; * Intermediate/advanced English proficiency for attending meetings with foreign clients. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience in accounting implementation or accounting data migration. * Prior knowledge of ERP Athenas, SAP ERP, and SAP Business One\. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Languages:* English (Advanced)
