**Accounting Assistant** **About the opportunity:** As an Accounting Assistant at BHub, you are expected to ensure that accounting reconciliations are accurate, as well as analyze them and prepare monthly and annual financial statements. The analyst is responsible for preparing pending reports, assessments, and additional controls. Perform your duties with greater autonomy and mastery of accounting knowledge, proactively seeking information, thus becoming the entrepreneur's right-hand person. **Main responsibilities:** * Technical knowledge to carry out accounting entries and financial transactions; * Good time management and organization skills to check and review the company's monthly documentation; * Critical attention to validate integration between accounting, tax, payroll, and asset modules; * Technical knowledge to perform bank reconciliations, prepare other balance sheet account reconciliations, and support the monthly closing process. **Requirements:** * Degree in Accounting Sciences (minimum currently enrolled); * Basic knowledge of accounting, financial movements, and integrations (accounts payable, accounts receivable, advances) and integration of other modules; * Experience in accounting routines; * Availability to work in a hybrid model (3 days per week on-site) **Want to know more about Bhub?** We are Brazil's first Subscription-Based Management startup, and we aim to be the right-hand partner for every entrepreneur.
