If you are organized, detail-oriented, and seeking professional growth, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities:** Customer service, ensuring high-quality relationships and satisfaction. Prospecting and follow-up of new sales, identifying business opportunities. Management and organization of systems, data, and spreadsheets related to sales and customer service. Monitoring of KPIs and reports to continuously improve processes. Requirements: Personal skills: Patience, empathy, and ease in interacting with diverse individuals. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Technology: Intermediate knowledge of Excel and CRM systems (a plus). Profile: Proactivity, eagerness to grow and learn continuously. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in customer service or similar roles. * Residence in the North Zone of São Paulo, near the Tucuruvi neighborhood. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively. * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
