Working hours: 6 hours/day **Responsibilities:** **eSocial SST Processes** * Register data in the system related to events S-2210, S-2220, and S-2240. * Validate information submitted by clients prior to transmission to the eSocial portal. * Transmit events via the system, adhering to legally established deadlines. * Analyze and correct inconsistencies or errors returned by eSocial. * Continuously monitor the status of pending or rejected events. **Client Relationship** * Communicate via email to request missing data or necessary updates. * Track client responses, clarifying doubts clearly and concisely. * Maintain courteous and effective relationships, ensuring alignment on deadlines. **Data Organization and Control** * Maintain updated spreadsheets and controls regarding employees, deadlines, and pending items. * Archive evidence and documents in an organized manner (ASOs, hazards, baseline information). * Collaborate in integrating eSocial with other administrative and technical departments. **Support to Technical Department** * Request technical information whenever necessary (hazards, examinations, LTCAT/PGR). * Report recurring inconsistencies to management, proposing process improvements. * Support internal requests requiring cross-referencing of SST data. **Knowledge Requirements:** * Experience in the administrative field; * Basic knowledge of Occupational Safety and Medicine; **Requirements:** * Completed high school education * Experience with eSocial SST, HR/DP, or administrative routines (preferred). * Client service experience is a plus. * Easy access to the Barra Funda area * Full in-person availability **Benefits:** Meal voucher (or food allowance): BRL 29.00 per day; Transportation voucher: provided with only a 2% payroll deduction; Health insurance: optional enrollment after 3 months of experience Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
