Job Summary: Assist with all bureaucratic aspects of the branch, providing data and ensuring the administrative process under senior guidance. Key Highlights: 1. Communication with departments, customers, and suppliers Responsible for assisting with all bureaucratic aspects of the branch, primarily aiming to provide data to the regional office and headquarters under the guidance of their direct supervisor to ensure the branch's administrative process. 1\. Enter invoices into SAP; 2\. Prepare requests for printed materials and stationery; 3\. Contact company departments to convey information and resolve queries; 4\. Organize and archive documents; 5\. Make and receive telephone calls from customers and suppliers; 6\. Receive visitors; 7\. Type texts, communications, and various documents; 8\. Manage expense reimbursements; 9\. Organize and prepare materials for meetings, training sessions, conferences, congresses, and lectures; 10\. Monitor and supervise the receipt and distribution of courier packages and correspondence; 11\. Manage and request airline tickets and hotel reservations; 12\. Perform related tasks; 13\. Be responsible for their own health and safety, as well as apply the standards, procedures, and guidelines of the Health and Safety Management System. **Requirements:** Experience in administrative roles.
