Job Summary: Analyst responsible for user management, system maintenance, support, training, and identifying inconsistencies in the SOC system. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in system support and maintenance 2. Focus on analysis and resolution of inconsistencies 3. Delivery of training and user support **Main Responsibilities:** * Create and manage users and profiles in the SOC system; * Perform updates and maintenance of Model I; * Provide support to internal and external users via e\-mail and telephone; * Deliver training on system modules; * Analyze and report potential inconsistencies or bugs in the tool; * Monitor and execute internal data maintenance processes in the system. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree **in progress**; * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, especially **Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)**; * Experience with the **SOC system**; * **SOC certification is a plus**; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and an analytical mindset to handle requests.
