We are looking for an **Administrative Assistant** to start working **on-site in Hidrolândia**, transitioning to a **remote model** after the adaptation period, with **occasional in-person meetings**. This is an opportunity for someone who is organized, communicative, and fluent in English, supporting administrative, financial, and customer service routines. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * **Administrative routine:** issuing documents and e\-mails, entering data into the system, organizing and archiving documents. * **Financial support:** assisting with financial controls, entering budgets and invoices, tracking payments. * **Customer service:** contacting clients via phone, e\-mail, and messaging platforms; following up on requests and scheduling budget quotations. * **Inventory:** controlling and updating inventory records in the system. * **Social media:** posting content on the company’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube), following guidelines and the management-defined content calendar. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS** * Fluency in Spanish. * Familiarity with **Canva** for creating simple social media graphics. **REQUIREMENTS** * **Fluency in English** (reading, speaking, and writing) – frequent interaction with individuals from the United States. * High level of organization and attention to detail. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency with numbers and calculations. * Affinity for technology and experience using software systems. * Basic knowledge of social media (posting, writing captions, understanding platform-specific formats).
