




**Requirements:** Proven experience in the administrative field. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, especially **advanced Excel.** Knowledge and experience with **ERP systems.** **Knowledge of and proficiency in project and task management software** CRM knowledge Verbal and written communication skills. Proactivity and ability to independently solve problems. Ability to work effectively in teams and collaborate across different departments. Organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. **Responsibilities:** Perform cash flow management, ensuring accuracy and constant updates. Carry out bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy of financial records. Assist with financial forecasting, report preparation, and data analysis. Use ERP systems to optimize administrative and financial operations. Negotiate purchases with suppliers and manage contracts. Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring adherence to deadlines. Issue bank slips (boletos) and electronic invoices (NF-e), tracking payments and receipts.
