Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for collecting patient feedback and complaints, recording and organizing them into daily reports to support continuous improvement of the unit. Filling out and organizing structured daily reports Collect specific patient information related to unit improvement and complete daily reports with the collected data, so that they can be consolidated and shared with unit leaders, thereby contributing to its advancement. 1\. Active collection of patient feedback and complaints Approach patients who indicated dissatisfaction or discomfort during their care journey. Record complaints, suggestions, or observations clearly and objectively. Use forms, systems, or physical/digital reports to standardize records. 2\. Filling out and organizing daily reports Compile all information collected throughout the day into a structured report. Categorize complaints by type (e.g., service, facility, waiting time, etc.).
