**Description** We are seeking a YouTube Channel Assistant to join the SOFA DGTL team. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the success of all company YouTube channel publications, acting as the guardian of technical quality, viewer experience, and video revenue. The role involves accurately executing the editorial calendar, optimizing discoverability through advanced SEO, ensuring metadata standardization, and continuously monitoring performance to expand reach, engagement, and monetization. The Channel Assistant will play an essential role in growing the Adrenalina Pura TV and Filmelier TV channels, guaranteeing consistent deliveries, alignment with platform policies, and qualified community interaction. **Responsibilities and Duties** Upload full movies, clips, and Shorts daily via YouTube Studio. Create SEO-optimized titles, descriptions, and tags to ensure high search performance. Configure Cards, End Screens, chapters, and other engagement elements. Manage playlists to provide a seamless user experience. Monitor Content ID, file claims, and resolve basic disputes. Create and submit thumbnail briefings to the design team. Engage with the audience: respond to comments, moderate live streams, and foster community interaction. Extract data from YouTube Analytics for weekly reports and KPI tracking. Perform basic quality control of video files prior to publication. Support community strategy, collaborations, and pre-launch initiatives. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** Experience with YouTube Studio and YouTube CMS. Knowledge of video SEO and keyword research. Experience with YouTube Analytics and data analysis. Basic video editing skills. Basic image editing skills (Photoshop or Canva). Intermediate-level Excel/Google Sheets proficiency. Intermediate English proficiency. Familiarity with VidIQ or TubeBuddy. Intermediate Spanish proficiency. Experience managing film or entertainment YouTube channels. Knowledge of the video-on-demand market. Passion for cinema, streaming, and pop culture.
