To join our team, the following are essential: * Residency in São Paulo; * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Economics, or related fields; * Advanced Excel and SQL experience; * Knowledge of SAS, Cloudera, R, or Python; Preferred qualifications: * Intermediate English proficiency; What you’ll do daily: * Serve as a supporting Data Translator, assisting in translating data for teams across the Customer Experience ecosystem (Market Intelligence, Customer Insights, Customer Service, Technical Team, Marketing, Products); * Support connections between technical and business areas, making analyses more accessible and operationally applicable; * Interpret analytical outputs under supervision, contributing to communicating insights that support decision-making; * Monitor and contribute to customer journey analyses, identifying opportunities for improvement; * Support the development of Customer Experience KPI studies (NPS, contact rate, FCR, churn); * Collaborate in organizing and updating databases used for CX analytics; * Assist in building simple customer segmentations, following guidelines from analysts and data scientists; * Participate in technical meetings and discussions to learn about analytical approaches and contribute operational suggestions; 2512050202181128739
