Your Mission The Data \& Analytics team transforms data into actionable insights that add value to the company, leveraging advanced technologies and methodologies to collect, process, and analyze large volumes of complex data. Analytics Engineering Jr Associate is an entry-level position designed for learning and supporting more experienced team members. It involves performing lower-complexity operational tasks, providing Junior Associates opportunities to learn and enhance their knowledge across multiple competency areas. **Job Description:** Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities: * Deliver effective problem-solving and communication solutions. * Understand stakeholder requests and ask relevant questions to ensure enhanced delivery. * Develop technical deliverables with quality, agility, and precision. * Understand stakeholder requests and ask pertinent questions to clarify requirements and ensure satisfactory delivery. * Acquire domain-specific data knowledge to improve business operations. * Understand the optimal way to structure data to correctly calculate health metrics, considering our data architecture, and make them available to all relevant teams. * Understand the mathematics behind each metric and know how to extract and provide these metrics to data analytics teams. * Demonstrate precision when developing solutions requested by business and data analytics teams, understanding correlation with business objectives. * Develop durable data-driven solutions and effective data analysis. * Be able to develop organized and accurate data visualizations. * Use the database structure effectively, understanding key performance best practices. * Follow company data standards, including documentation, structure, formatting, and organization. * Execute well-structured, high-performance code efficiently to extract correct data and complete tasks. **Requirements:** What You Need to Take on This Challenge: * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Business. * Proficiency in data analysis languages (e.g., SQL, Python, Spark). * Experience working with large datasets, numerical analysis, and big data environments. * Knowledge of data modeling, preparation, and manipulation. * Experience with one or more data visualization tools for reporting. * Intermediate English proficiency.
