




Job Summary: The Tax Analyst ensures tax compliance by calculating taxes, recording invoices, and submitting ancillary obligations, interpreting tax legislation to avoid penalties. Ensure Tax Compliance and Avoid Penalties The Tax Analyst is responsible for ensuring the company's tax compliance, calculating taxes (ICMS, PIS, COFINS, IPI, ISS, IRPJ/CSLL), recording invoices, and submitting ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal/Contributions, GIA, DCTF). He/she interprets tax legislation to avoid penalties, reviews procedures, and handles tax audits. **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** * **Tax Calculation:** Calculate direct and indirect taxes, ensuring accurate and timely payment. * **Tax Bookkeeping:** Record and validate input, output, and service invoices in the system. * **Ancillary Obligations:** * Prepare and submit declarations required by the tax authorities (SPED Fiscal, SPED Contributions, DCTF, GIA, EFD\-Reinf). * **Legal Compliance:** Analyze tax legislation, CFOP, NCM, and taxes withheld at source (IRRF, CSRF, ISS). * **Reporting and Auditing:** Generate reports, analyze registration data, and support tax audits. * **Process Improvement:** Identify opportunities for tax savings and optimize bookkeeping processes. **Requirements and Skills:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (completed or in progress); * **Technical Knowledge:** Tax legislation, ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, and withholding taxes. * **Tools:** Excel (intermediate to advanced level) and ERP systems (Domínio preferred). * **Profile:** Attention to detail, analytical ability, organizational skills, and continuous learning. **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance (VT) * Meal Allowance (VR) * Opportunity for Growth and Development Work onsite in the South Zone \- Ponte do Socorro area.
