




Job Summary: A professional responsible for analyzing sales and inventory metrics to support strategic decisions regarding store layout, product assortment, and space allocation. The professional will analyze sales metrics, customer traffic, and inventory productivity to support strategic decisions on **layout, assortment, and space allocation**, directly contributing to improved commercial performance. **Responsibilities:** **Store Space Optimization** * Define the ideal size for each department based on category performance, growth potential, and contribution to overall store results; * Conduct productivity analyses by sales area. **Store Clustering** * Segment stores by consumer profile, location, and performance; * Develop tailored layout and assortment strategies for each cluster. **KPI Management** Monitor and analyze key strategic metrics such as: * Sales per Square Meter; * GMROI (Gross Margin Return on Inventory); * Customer traffic vs. conversion rate; * Identification of hot and cold zones within stores. **Product Mix Management** * Collaborate with Procurement and Commercial teams to ensure planned assortments align with physical store capacity and commercial strategy. **Testing and Continuous Improvement** * Execute layout pilots and tests in selected stores; * Evaluate results and propose improvements prior to large-scale implementation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields; * Advanced Excel skills, with emphasis on data analysis and modeling; * Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker); * Analytical mindset, capable of interpreting data and generating strategic insights; * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with commercial teams; * Knowledge of SQL or databases for data extraction and manipulation; * Experience in store layout analysis, retail analytics, or assortment planning; * Hands-on experience with A/B testing and commercial strategy experimentation. **Work Location** São Bernardo do Campo \- São Paulo/SP 100% on-site Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree * Transportation allowance, meal voucher, medical and dental insurance * Discount on products sold in our stores * Educational institution discounts * Leisure partnership programs
