Thus, we expect you to engage with us and strive to deliver your best—for yourself, for our ADN team, and for our customers. **Responsibilities and Duties** Gather and analyze requirements with clients; develop and test systems and applications according to defined specifications; participate in the development, maintenance, and evolution of corporate applications; attend project progress meetings, presenting status updates and progress reports; translate technical specifications into functional solutions; implement new features, bug fixes, and system integrations. Participate in the full development lifecycle—including analysis, coding, testing, deployment, and post-production support. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Proficiency in Delphi (both modern and legacy versions); experience in SQL and PL/SQL programming (procedures, packages, views, triggers); experience integrating systems with Oracle Database in client-server architecture; experience in performance analysis and query tuning; experience providing production environment support and troubleshooting; ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively; problem-solving skills, along with analytical and critical thinking abilities.
